To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from PoshCo, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. PoshCo does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
You will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
Shipping rates are included during checkout, Majority of all orders arrive between 2-5 days, but in very rare instances, please allow up to 5 days. We offer overnight shipping via Fed Ex for $35.00. The orders must be placed by noon Eastern Time to be processed same day.
There is a pick-up option at check out, you can select pick-up and receive no shipping fee (if you are local) you will receive an email with further instructions on the pick-up option.
